Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before placing an order with or creating an account on the Grand Strand Visuals online store (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not use the Service.

Section 1

Payment

All orders placed through the Grand Strand Visuals online store require payment in full (100%) before production of any order will commence. Grand Strand Visuals does not extend credit or accept net terms through the online store. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of order submission.

Prices displayed on the Service are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Sales tax, shipping fees, and any applicable surcharges will be calculated and disclosed prior to final checkout.

No refunds will be issued once production of an order has begun. For orders that have been paid but not yet entered production, a cancellation request may be submitted by contacting Grand Strand Visuals directly; however, approval of such requests is at Grand Strand Visuals' sole discretion and a processing fee may apply.

Section 2

Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times communicated on the Service or in order confirmations are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed commitments. Production times are contingent upon receipt of approved, print-ready artwork, confirmation of order details, and the current production workload of Grand Strand Visuals' facility.

Grand Strand Visuals shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the customer resulting from production delays, including but not limited to delays caused by incomplete artwork submissions, customer-requested changes, supply chain disruptions, equipment maintenance, or force majeure events.

Rush order services are available at an additional cost. Rush orders must be confirmed in writing (including by email) by a Grand Strand Visuals representative prior to order submission. Rush fees are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Section 3

Artwork & Color

The customer is solely responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the format and specifications required by Grand Strand Visuals. Artwork submission guidelines are available on our website. Grand Strand Visuals reserves the right to reject artwork that does not meet minimum technical requirements and will notify the customer of any such rejection promptly.

Grand Strand Visuals will reproduce artwork as accurately as commercially reasonable on the selected substrate. However, the customer acknowledges that color reproduction in print is inherently subject to variation, and that colors rendered on digital displays (monitors, mobile devices) may differ materially from the final printed output due to differences in color profiles, screen calibration, ink formulations, and substrate characteristics.

Grand Strand Visuals is not liable for color variation between on-screen proofs and the final printed product, provided that such variation is within industry-standard tolerances. Customers requiring precise color matching are encouraged to request a physical proof (additional fees and lead time apply) before approving a full production run.

The customer represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other intellectual property submitted for production. Grand Strand Visuals shall not be liable for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Section 4

Shipping & Delivery

Grand Strand Visuals ships orders using third-party carriers (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS). Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level, and are disclosed at checkout.

Risk of loss, damage, or theft of products transfers to the customer upon Grand Strand Visuals' tender of the shipment to the carrier. Grand Strand Visuals is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery caused by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to select a shipping option that includes adequate insurance coverage for high-value orders.

In the event of a carrier-damaged shipment, the customer must retain all original packaging materials and contact Grand Strand Visuals within five (5) business days of delivery with photographic documentation. Grand Strand Visuals will assist the customer in filing a carrier claim on a best-efforts basis but makes no guarantee of claim outcomes.

Section 5

Returns & Defects

Custom printed products are produced specifically for each customer and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or printing error that is attributable to Grand Strand Visuals (and not to customer-supplied artwork, approved proofs, or carrier damage), Grand Strand Visuals will, at its option, reprint the defective items at no additional charge or issue a credit toward a future order of equal or lesser value.

To qualify for a reprint or credit under this section, the customer must: (a) report the defect to Grand Strand Visuals in writing within five (5) business days of confirmed delivery; and (b) provide clear photographic or other documentary evidence of the defect at the time of the report. Defect claims submitted outside of this window will not be accepted.

Dissatisfaction with color variation within industry-standard tolerances, minor dimensional variance within accepted production tolerances, or issues arising from customer-supplied artwork (including low-resolution files, incorrect color profiles, or typos) shall not constitute a qualifying defect for purposes of this section.

Section 6

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Strand Visuals' total aggregate liability to the customer for any claims arising out of or relating to any order — whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Grand Strand Visuals be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if Grand Strand Visuals has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

Section 7

Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Grand Strand Visuals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or otherwise determined to be a risk to the Service or other users.

Section 8

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Grand Strand Visuals does not sell personal information to third parties. Order and account data is retained for business records purposes in accordance with applicable law.

Section 9

Modifications to Terms

Grand Strand Visuals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms to the Service, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Section 10

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction therein.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute by written notice followed by a thirty (30) day negotiation period.

Section 11

General

These Terms, together with any order confirmation and applicable policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grand Strand Visuals with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Grand Strand Visuals' failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
